Software with good function but login disaster

Problem:

  • Constant loss of login
  • Constant loss of settings
  • Constant loss of image backgrounds

The software is absolutely useless because it requires a login.
I purchased this software thinking I would receive a serial or license file.

However, this software requires a permanent login which is also constantly lost.

After a new login no settings and backgrounds are taken over.

Has the technical department thought about the fact that there are not only “home” users but also proffesionals who connect with VPN tunnels, etc.?

With the request to send me a license key or serial!

Hello!

We understand your concern with connecting XSplit VCam thru a VPN tunnel, we recommend by disabling the VPN access in order for you to use VCam.

Turning off VPN is NOT possible for professional workers.
This would mean that the computer is no longer secure and is no longer connected to the employer’s servers.

VCam must offer a solution here, not the customer → he paid.
