VCAM stopped working on WIndows

Hi All,

The app has been working well until last Friday and when I logged in today, I found not working. I have tried reisntalling, repair etc. but to no avail. I have restarted the machine too and I do have an active license.

Appreicate any help in this regard.

Update to VCam 3.x?
NVidia graphics card with latest drivers?
Logitech webcam?

Only solution so far seems to be downgrading VCam to 2.3x.

Hello! Apologies for the issue. We’ve discovered an issue in our acceleration device detection in VCam 3.0.2201.0302. A version VCam 3.0.2202.0801 with the fix for the device detection issue is now available from the website https://www.xsplit.com/vcam (update thru in-app is not yet enabled). I would recommend to do a CLEAN installation so the automatic calibration will re-enumerate and test the acceleration devices. VCam 3.0.2201.0302 crash on Startup

Fix has been released in the latest official VCam version 3.0.2202.2104. This version is now downloadable from the website.
