XSplit Broadcaster Extension Directory

Where does XSplit Broadcaster store js platform extensions? Why I’m asking is that I would to have a way for a script/app/etc. determine if an extension is installed. Is there a way to determine that?

Does “no answer” mean there isn’t any way to do this?

I don’t believe there’s any way to programatically check if an extension is installed. However, if your program has access to the local file system, you could check in the following folder

C:\ProgramData\XSplit\Broadcaster\PlgPlugins or %programdata%\XSplit\Broadcaster\PlgPlugins

You can also utilize the Custom URI to add sources/extensions. This will actually install it/download it if it isn’t already. For information on this can be found here - XSplit Custom URIs - Google Docs
