Xsplit crash on loading

On version 4.0.2007.2903 build date 8/4/2020 application crashed about 50% into the startup with the following exception:

Required reinstallation of the product to correct. Are there command line arguments which will allow the product to start in a “safe” mode, allowing you to turn on debugging, reload templates, extensions etc ?

Win 10 pro release 1909.

Could you rename the local db folder in the XSplit program data folder “C:\ProgramData\SplitMediaLabs\XSplit”. Make sure XSplit is closed when you do this.

Doing so would reset settings of XSplit Broadcaster to default except your stream settings.
